I had a request to share this recipe – I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made this while training housewares employees at Macy’s. This was always a favorite!
THREE INGREDIENT STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
Use sweetened frozen strawberries. So easy, and pretty, too. Recipe can be doubled.
12-16 oz. frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
1 to 1-/4 cups whipping cream, unwhipped (1 cup for 12 oz., 1-1/4 cups for 16 oz.)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pour berries into blender or food processor. Blend until as smooth as you like.
Pour cream and vanilla in. Blend until mixed.
Pour into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. (Mine took 20 minutes.) Eat immediately or freeze for firmer set.
Make this by hand if you like.
