Have a bit of ham left over from that holiday feast? Along with ham salad (see my blog on that) how about making an old fashioned, yummy ham loaf? Here’s one from Lazarus Department stores that had locations in Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky. The baked ham loaf was a treasure from the corporation’s recipe collection.
