Tips and Tricks to Make Gardening Easy On Your Joints

                 Prevention & Wellness Events

Ron Wilson and I will be doing our annual presentation for the Christ Hospital Wellness event.

Here’s the details – and I sure hope you can join us this Saturdaya May 20 at Natorp’s at 1:00 PM.  No kidding, everyone who attended last year gave us rave reviews.  We’ll have give-a-ways as well as some good tasting treats!

At The Christ Hospital Health Network, we believe it is important to not only offer our community the best in Joint & Spine Care, but also information and education to help individuals prevent joint pain and improve their health.

In partnership with the Arthritis Foundation, we are proud to present our event series – Healthy Pursuits.

These FREE community activities and educational sessions offer men and women information and insight on a variety of joint health and arthritis topics.  Come to just one or enjoy them all!

Each event session is FREE and open to the public, however registration is recommended as seating may be limited.  Please click on each event below for online registration.  You may also register by calling 513-585-1000.
