Store bought stevia

Stevia Plant from Rita's GardenStevia, that sweet herb from South America, is mainstream now on grocer’s shelves. But if you buy it, what’s the best kind?

I like NuNaturals – their stevia products are never bitter, but are pure sweetness. Check out their site for recipes at www.nunaturals.com.

Plus they have a host of other healthy products to use, like their dark Dutch cocoa powder (read my blog on Dutch vs regular cocoa powder) and their unflavored gelatin, a good source of protein and collagen. I used the gelatin in a panna cotta I made and it is excellent. I’m testing recipes using the Dutch cocoa and will let you know how they turn out.
