Small Batch Preserving? Here’s the Book You Need

9781940352510_p0_v5_s550x406ImageI‘ve told you this before, I trust any recipe that Comes from Cook’s Illustrated/America’s Test Kitchen. Over the years, I’ve chatted with Chris Kimball and I can tell you he is still at the top of his game when it comes to foolproof recipes that taste yummy.

The Foolproof Preserving book is a good example. Small batch preserving used to be impossible. Not any more. From jellies to jams to preserves to butters and everything in between, recipes are detailed and some can be doubled!

Get this book if you’re serious about preserving Mother Nature’s bounty.
