Memorial Day holds memories at our little Country Church

IMG_7878  Today was Memorial Day and we started out by going to outdoor Mass at our local country church,  St. Philomena Church, founded in 1905, it’s a lovely church and the cemetery is right next to it. My mom, dad and now my sweet sis, Judy, are buried there. Granddaughter Eva put fresh flowers on their graves. We always put sprigs of Mom’s heirloom mint/nana in the arrangement. A meaningful day.
