French Onion Soup with GruyereWinter Minestrone
Well, not exactly, today anyway. I’ll be teaching a Soup & Sandwich Classics – New Twists on Old Favorites Class at Jungle Jims here in Fairfield, Ohio on Tues., Jan 12 at 6:00.
I’ll be making Ciabiatta grinders to go with the Minestrone, Gruyere baguettes for the Onion bisque.
Oh and I’ll also be making Shopeg Corn chowder with cheesy buttermilk quick bread as a side and to top it all off individual banana puddings with homemade pastry cream and toasted meringue.
