Adding chocolate chips. Pour in chocolate chips to the ice cream right before it freezes completely in the machine, or right after it freezes. A chocolatier gave me this tip: melt chips, let cool but make sure they’re still pourable. Slowly pour into ice cream right before it freezes completely.

I lost 2 orr 3 of your recipes. They were in you First and Second(could have been 3)Books. Just loved those books and am fairly sure it was two of them. I had won them at a Garden Club Luncheon and they were books I would go to read in a quiet corner and they never failed to “chill me out”

If there is some place you know who carries them, or any others, I would be a Happy Planter. My e-mail – is-

    Dear Rita,

Quite a few years ago I had my name pulled out of box for Door Piece, and was for once in my life the winner. There were 2 or 3 of your books; and after that I was hooked. Your books became my”Quiet Place” and when I sat down for a time out for me, this is the book I took with me.. Have recently started to consider which Herbs this year and horror of horrors cannot find them.

I know that as soon as I start to look for it – it will get “lost” like the homework the dog got.

Where can I find such a Website. Should be a few more books available by now too?????

Thanks for you help, Jane Herzner
