Place eggs in pan. Cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, uncovered. When you see a rolling boil, with bubbles all over, turn off the heat, put a lid on the pan and wait 12-15 minutes. Twelve for small eggs, 15 for everything else. Remove lid, drain and run cool water over them to cool them down. Now you’re ready to color! And check out my blog for coloring eggs naturally.
