It was one of those days. I got home late and right after my husband, Frank, said hello he asked, nicely I might add, when dinner might be ready. I told him it would be ready after the TWO of us made it – meaning he had to help. In all fairness, Frank is not a cook but will help prep when necessary. So we made these yummy kabobs – no marinating (no time), just a drizzle of olive oil over the chicken, veggies & mushrooms and some Lawry’s seasoning salt and freshly ground pepper. I don’t know if it’s because we were both so hungry or if the seasoning salt and pepper really did make magic, but those were the best darned kabobs we’ve had in a long time!!
