Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball

I love when readers tell me about a recipe they found that they love. Here’s one sent in that has the familiar and yummy flavors of bacon and Ranch dressing. What’s not to love?

Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball

6 slices bacon, diced
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Handful parsley, chopped and divided
1 pound cream cheese, at room temperature
1-1/4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
1 (1-ounce) package Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix
Several shakes Worcestershir

Cook bacon until brown and crispy, drain.
Combine half of the bacon, pecans and 2 tablespoons parsley; set aside.

Beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, goat cheese, Ranch Seasoning, Worcestershire and remaining bacon and parsley until  fluffy, a couple of minutes.
Chill in refrigerator 2 hours or up to 24.

Shape the mixture into a ball and roll in the prepared bacon-pecan mixture.
Serve with crackers.
