A Pictorial Canning Tomatoes and a Wish for a Happy Holiday

From Abra, a student who took my preserving nature’s bounty class at Jungle Jims here in Cincinnati:

“Also I tried removing the skins by putting the tomatoes under the broiler. Worked perfectly on the smaller ones, and the bigger ones worked, just not quite as well. Thought I would report back on the experiment  Really loved your class. You always remind me how joyful cooking can be!”
