Lemon Citrus Cake

I published the recipe in my Community Press columns and darn, I forgot to tell you the time. It’s 30-35  minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  FYI I’m publishing that recipe here on my blog next week for Labor Day picnics. If you want it before that, let me know. It’s a “cake keeper” cake.

    Thank you for responding so quickly. The cake was in the oven and I was frantically looking for the baking time. Thanks, too, to the lady at the Community Recorder, who called you and saved the day…..or, more importantly, saved the cake!

    By the way, we couldn’t wait and tried it with lunch. It is scrumptious! So light and lemony. Danke.
