Country Gardens magazine featured a great article on Rita’s garden this summer. Of course it comes as no surprise to Rita’s fans - the recipes are delicious, easy and healthy. The amazing thing about the article is the photos. I think you’ll really enjoy seeing Rita's wonderful garden overflowing with vegetables, herbs and most importantly, food!
I thought you’d enjoy it so much I’ve posted a link to the article below. Don’t forget to support the folks at Country Gardens. Its Better Homes and Gardens magazine that greets you with, “Welcome to the what-to-plant, where-to-begin, what-to-do-next gardening magazine that helps you add a personal touch to your garden. Country Gardens Magazine introduces you to people who share the story of their remarkable gardens.”
And they sure did that with their visit to Rita’s.
A whole team of folks worked to put the spread together. The article was written by Judi Ketteler with Pete Krumhardt and Blaine Moats providing photography. The food styling was done by Dianna Nolin and props by Sue Mitchell. I bet their day was an easy one at Rita’s!

oregano, mint, dill, and parsley in a big black kettle container. Her mother
used these herbs to flavor the family’s traditional Lebanese dishes, and
the cooking lessons also turned into a primer on growing herbs. (CLICK
